The successful candidate will be responsible for :

• Set the standard for a team of Utility Technicians, Route Technicians & Start Technicians
• Support Service Manager as a go-to team member to trouble-shoot problems, coordinate schedules and maintain structure
• Act as a liaison between field technicians and Service Manager
• Help and assist in quality control checks, ride-along evaluations, truck inspections and inventory control.
• Act as a consultant to answer questions and participate in part-time route work, as needed
• May have direct reports and can promote to Service Manager
