Scope / Responsibilities of Role :

UI Development : Building and maintaining responsive, performant frontend applications that support complex enterprise workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Translating user needs into polished UI / UX by working closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Innovation : Adapting to emerging frontend patterns for LLM-based systems and real-time feedback loops.

Execution : Managing ambiguity and iterating quickly in a high-velocity, intense startup setting.

Must Have Skills for Role :

Frontend Expertise : 3+ years of professional experience with React (Hooks / modern patterns), TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Product Building : Proven experience building complex, production-grade UIs for enterprise SaaS platforms that handle large volumes of data.

UI / UX Implementation : Experience with design systems, component libraries (MUI, Tailwind, Storybook), and responsive / accessible design.

Technical Workflow : Proficiency in integrating with backend APIs (JSON, GraphQL), debugging UI / performance issues, and working with CI / CD (GitHub Actions).

Nice to Have Skills for Role :

AI Integration : Experience integrating with GenAI-based APIs or understanding LLM product design patterns (chat UIs, prompt builders).

Cloud / DevOps : Exposure to Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Regulated Industries : Background in life sciences, healthcare, or fintech and familiarity with secure coding practices.
