Job Title : DevOps Engineer

Location : Hybrid in Arlington, VA

Salary : $150-200k / year

Requirements : 3+ years DevOps, Python scripting, Bachelor's Degree

Our DevOps engineers work side by side with the trading desk, ensuring that infrastructure, pipelines, and deployments run seamlessly to support high-stakes decisions. This is not a traditional operations role - it's fast-paced, hands-on, and deeply tied to the energy markets, where uptime, automation, and performance directly impact trading outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related
• Python scripting skills
• Docker
• Jenkins
• Basic Unix administration
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High intellectual curiosity and the drive to absorb complex technical concepts in real time
• Problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
