Project Coordinator

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to support clinical trial study projects and facilitate communication among various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain communication with Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations as the Secondary Project Contact

Update project statuses and provide support for investigation and resolution of Quarantine samples

Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes and study-specific reports

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's or associate degree preferred

2-4 years of relevant lab experience preferred

Experience or training in the clinical trial industry preferred

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation
