Practice Overview
- You'll join a mission-oriented FQHC with three clinic sites and 28 school-based clinics
- Team includes APPs, behavioral health, pharmacists, and RNs within a PCMH model
- Full-spectrum outpatient care for underserved patients; no inpatient work
- No hospital call; low-volume phone call rotation (every 6-8 weeks)
Schedule
Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Fridays end at 1 p.m. with afternoon admin timePatient volume averages 20 per day, with a mix of chronic care and preventive visits4.5-day workweek structure with dedicated MA supportCompensation & Benefits
