Acura Technologist

The Acura Technologist is designed to work in coordination with other department employees to provide a truly exceptional customer experience. To be truly exceptional, requires a retailer wide commitment to not only meeting customer expectations; but exceeding them. Technologist assists the sales department with customer technology questions and concerns prior to purchase.

Responsibilities

• New car delivery specialist.
• New and Used car photography and descriptions.
• Prepare and apply all Used Car window stickers and Buyers Guides.
• Visually assess inventory and work with General Sales Manager on lot placement.
• Assists service, sales, and administrative team with daily requested functions which may require local area travel.
• Second delivery which requires up to date explanation of vehicle technologies to customers after delivery. Must be well versed in Acura brand and product knowledge.
• Assists clients with home link or Bluetooth phoned pairing - may require local or extensive travel

Qualifications

• Must use technology consistent with role (i.e. smartphone, computers, printers, copier machines, vehicles).
• Is well organized and thorough.
• Clearly understands issues and demonstrates a willingness and desire to follow through on what needs to be done.
• Is responsible and dependable.
• Is hard working and enthusiastic; fosters these attributes in others.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid South Carolina Drivers License required.
