Job title : Build-Design Estimator

Location : On-site in Wadsworth, OH

Schedule : Monday-Friday

Salary : $50,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Design-Build Estimator) :

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates from conceptual design through to final construction documents

Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure budgets align with the design intent

Identify cost-saving measures and value-engineering opportunities

Clearly communicate estimates to both internal teams and clients

Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating tools, systems, and processes

Qualifications (Design-Build Estimator) :

Proven experience in residential construction estimating, particularly within a design-build environment

Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software such as Sage Estimating, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar

Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written

The Design-Build Estimator role is fully onsite in Wadsworth, OH with a salary range of $50,000 to $80,00 depending on experience.
