DESCRIPTION :

Shift : Night Shift – 3x12-hour shifts

Required Certifications :

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department

Rapidly triage and manage patients with varying acuity levels

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Administer medications and treatments per protocol

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practices

Qualifications :

Active RN license (state license or compact, as applicable)

Minimum of 1.5 years of recent ER nursing experience

Ability to work nights and every other weekend

Strong critical-thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
