[job_card.job_description]Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations Execute a treatment plan through counseling and education Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc Collaborate with Regional Manager / Director to oversee financial management of office Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Integrity Selling protocol. An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in Kansas and Missouri OR the ability to obtain these within 6 months of offer date Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in Kansas and Missouri OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date High school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred 1 plus years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required Job type : Full time, on site, M-F business hours Pay : $60,000-$130,000 per year (including bonuses and commission) Full benefits, including... 401(k) with match 3 weeks Paid Time Off Dental insurance Vision insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health savings account Life insurance Parental leave Professional development assistance Supportive leaders with an open door policy.
