A company is looking for an Internal Medicine Physician Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical guidance on diabetes prevention and cardiometabolic risk reduction in adult primary care populations

Advise on integration of lifestyle-based interventions with chronic disease management

Review program protocols, outcome measures, and care coordination workflows from a primary care perspective

Required Qualifications

Board-certified Internal Medicine Physician

Experience managing patients with prediabetes, obesity, or related chronic conditions

Interest in population health, digital health, and value-based care

Familiarity with Medicare or chronic disease prevention is a plus
