This key leadership role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, driving customer success across pre-sales and post-sales engagements. You will build and mentor a high-performing team that serves as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them design, adopt, and scale solutions that deliver superior performance at lower cost. In this role, you and your team will gather customer requirements, lead technical discovery, and prove the performance, price, and scalability of the Crusoe cloud platform. You will partner with sales to validate Crusoes differentiated economics and technical capabilities, giving customers confidence to adopt Crusoe cloud at scale. Post-deal, you will provide technical guidance to optimize AI workloads and improve efficiency, ensuring customers maximize the impact of Crusoes infrastructure./ppThis is a hands-on leadership role.
