CNC Machinist Programmer

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist Programmer position include:

• 5+ years of CNC machining and programming experience (skill set prioritized over years) — Independently program, set up, and run jobs from start to finish
• Expertise with MAZAK CNC machines (lathes and mills) and/or HAAS CNC horizontal turning and machining centers — Operate and optimize complex machining processes
• Experience with both milling and lathes — Produce high-quality custom parts in a job shop environment
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal to no training — Take full ownership of projects with little supervision
• Proficiency in Mazatrol (preferred) or similar software such as Mastercam — Create and modify CNC programs efficiently
• Experience with specific equipment such as MAZAK HCN-5000 NEO, VC-EZ20 Mill, QTU-350 Lathe, Quick Turn series, and HAAS VF and ST series — Maximize machine capability and throughput
• Manual lathe and manual mill experience — Support secondary and precision operations as needed
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills — Ensure precision, efficiency, and on-time delivery

Salary: $25.00 - $40.oo an hour, Commensurate with experience.
