[job_card.job_description]Provide hands-on support to emerging lodges in the assigned region throughout the formation process. Facilitate planning meetings and workshops both virtually and in person. Guide and monitor the successful creation of 510 new lodges annually. Serve as a resource and motivator for members, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and practices. Collaborate with the New Lodge Development Manager to track progress and address challenges in lodge development. Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing membership organizations. Represent the Grand Lodge of California with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Position Summary
The New Lodge Development Specialist supports the growth and expansion of Freemasonry in California by assisting groups through the process of forming new lodges. Working under the guidance of the New Lodge Development Manager, the Specialist provides hands-on support to emerging lodges, facilitates planning meetings and workshops, and ensures new lodges are launched with a strong foundation. This professional, outcomes-focused role requires autonomy, flexibility, and frequent regional travel.
Work Environment
- Fully remote role with frequent travel within assigned region (Los Angeles County or San Diego County).
- Requires evening and weekend availability to support lodge activities and events.
