What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within a specialty pharmacy, particularly in oncology or infusing therapies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia.
• Hands-on experience with hazardous drug compounding, demonstrating precision and safety.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with pharmacy management systems.
• Knowledge of sterile and non-sterile compounding procedures.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of experience in a specialty or infusion setting.
• Prior experience in a cancer or infusion center environment.

Other Requirements:

• No local candidates; this position is scheduled from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to work in Georgia Cancer Specialist CenterPoint Infusion located at 1100 Johnson Ferry Road, Suite 600, Atlanta, GA 30342.
• General availability for a 13-week assignment.
• Must adhere to all safety protocols, especially regarding hazardous drug handling.
• Willingness to travel or receive reimbursements if applicable.
