Job Description

This position is for a Nursery Nurse in a 40-bed unit, focusing on the care of newborns, particularly those requiring Level 2 care such as phototherapy and blood sugar management. The ideal candidate will have experience in mother-baby care and possess a warm and bubbly personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to newborns in the nursery setting.
• Administer phototherapy and monitor blood sugar levels for Level 2 babies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Engage with parents to provide education and support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.
• Stable mother-baby experience is required.
• Experience in a Level 2 nursery setting is preferred.
