Daily Property Claims Adjuster – Las Cruces, NM

CENCO Claims is expanding daily field coverage in the Las Cruces area and is seeking a motivated and dependable Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential property claims throughout the region. This field-based role offers consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong internal support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential property losses

• Identify and document damage related to wind, hail, water, fire, and other covered events

• Capture clear photos, measurements, and detailed field notes

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Submit timely, complete, and organized claim files

Requirements:

• Active New Mexico adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license

• Proficiency in Xactimate

• Solid understanding of residential construction and damage assessment

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard adjusting equipment
