3D Animator (US Based Client)

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment

Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two to four weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.

Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following Pacific U.S. Time Zone)

Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Salary Package: 50,000 to 80,000 PHP/Monthly

Job Description

We are looking for candidates with moderate experience in 3D production, who are enthusiastic to apply these skills in the forensic world. Forensic animation requires project management skills, swift development, and persuasive storytelling to visualize what happened during critical incidents. Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D animations based on client requirements and produce storyboards that align with case goals

• Participate in the analysis and visualization of incident scenes (mentorship and training provided)

• Collaborate with law enforcement, legal teams, and internal team members to facilitate case development

• Work closely with Case Leads to complete assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner

• Maintain clear communication across platforms (email, project management tools, internal systems)

• Track project progress, log accurate hours, and organize incoming/outgoing client materials

• Assist in post-processing of scanned data (laser scans, drones) and manage digital assets as needed

• Receive and apply feedback from Production Leads to refine deliverables

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, 3D Art, Digital Media, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in 3D production (studio, freelance, or academic)

• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop

• Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, and camera tracking

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict visual and technical guidelines

• Basic math/science skills to support technical visualizations (e.g., motion physics, measurement accuracy)

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)

• Ability to handle sensitive or potentially distressing case content with discretion

• Exposure to forensic, legal, or scientific animation is a plus

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine, immersive tech, UI/UX design, or scientific disciplines is a bonus
