Junior to Mid-Level Litigation Attorney Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing insurance defense litigation cases under the guidance of senior attorneys.

• Conduct legal research and prepare well-crafted motions and briefs.

• Handle discovery processes, including drafting and reviewing documents.

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop strategic case approaches.

• Attend court proceedings and support litigation efforts as needed.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of case files and documentation.

• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and achieve case objectives.

• Adapt to a hybrid work schedule, maintaining productivity both in-office and remotely.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and AZ State Bar licensure.

• Strong foundation in civil litigation practices and procedures.

• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

• Ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents effectively.

• Familiarity with discovery processes and document review.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with remote and in-office days.
