We're seeking an Insurance Customer Service Rep who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated to grow into higher-level responsibilities over time. This role supports licensed service tasks, client communication, claims guidance, account reviews, and daily workflow in our shared-inbox system. You will receive structured onboarding, month-by-month skill progression, and the opportunity to advance into senior roles.
