A company is looking for a Senior Workday HCM Consultant.
Key Responsibilities :
Consult on multiple client engagements with limited direction
Guide clients through design, configuration, and testing phases
Support clients during Annual Events and maintain project status communication
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
Minimum of two years as a Workday HCM Consultant at a partner firm
Experience leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations for HCM
Workday HCM Certification with implementer access and at least two additional module certifications
Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
