A company is looking for an HR Compliance and Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an HR compliance framework to ensure adherence to employment laws
Oversee compliance training initiatives and maintain HR compliance policies
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and develop training programs for employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or Organizational Development, or 7+ years of relevant experience
Experience implementing and managing a Learning Management System (LMS) is required
SHRM CP or SHRM SCP certification preferred
Deep knowledge of employment laws is required
3-5 years of experience in training development and delivery
