Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and manage critical internal business projects and programs that involve cross-functional teams of subject matter experts. This role is essential in delivering products from conception through design and to completion. You will oversee project schedules and budgets, and actively monitor project progress from start to finish. Additionally, you will engage with and oversee external vendors as needed.
This position emphasizes project and program management rather than specialized technical expertise, although you will collaborate with technical team members. As a Senior Program Management Professional, you will be responsible for governance across all operational and strategic projects, displaying strong management and leadership capabilities. You should be confident in presenting to C-level executives and possess the ability to cultivate structure and organization within projects.

Job Qualifications
Required Education : Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience : 7-9 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Education : Graduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience : 10+ years of experience, particularly in the Managed Care industry (Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace), network management, public policy, new program implementation (inpatient / outpatient), behavioral health configuration, provider management, and billing guides.
