Eloura Wellness is a boutique, concierge-style wellness clinic co-owned by a veteran and first responder. We specialize in hormone optimization, longevity medicine, peptide-adjacent therapies, and premium membership-based care. Our mission is to elevate women’s and men’s health, provide clinical excellence, and deliver an unmatched patient experience built on empathy, education, and personalization.

We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a high-caliber Physician Assistant with a strong interest in hormones, men’s and women’s health, and wellness medicine.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Physician Assistant will deliver exceptional, compliant, evidence-informed care to patients seeking hormone optimization, peptide-adjacent therapies, and wellness services. This role requires strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to the concierge-level patient experience Eloura Wellness is known for.

You will play a key role in evaluating patients, interpreting labs, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, educating patients, and collaborating closely with our Medical Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Care

Conduct comprehensive new-patient consultations, good-faith exams, follow-ups, and symptom visits.

Order, interpret, and review labs including hormone, metabolic, and longevity panels.

Develop personalized treatment plans for hormone optimization (TRT/HRT), thyroid support, and wellness.

Prescribe medications such as testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, thyroid medications, and wellness injectables as appropriate.

Provide ongoing clinical monitoring, dose adjustments, and follow-up care.

Document all visits thoroughly and compliantly in Practice Better EMR.

Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and clinical safety guidelines.

Patient Education

Explain lab results, treatment options, risks, benefits, and alternatives clearly.

Educate patients on dosing, expectations, lifestyle recommendations, and follow-up intervals.

Communicate in a supportive, empowering tone that aligns with Eloura’s luxury brand.

Compliance & Safety

Follow internal protocols for off-label therapies, compounded medications, informed consent, and clinical documentation.

Ensure proper prescribing practices and controlled-substance compliance where applicable.

Flag any concerning symptoms immediately and escalate per clinical SOPs.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Medical Director and clinic owner to ensure consistent, excellent patient outcomes.

Participate in weekly clinical team meetings.

Provide mentorship and guidance to MAs regarding injections, vitals, workflows, and patient flow.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida

Ability to obtain supervising physician agreement (if required)

Experience in at least one of the following areas:

Hormone therapy (TRT/HRT)

Endocrinology

Functional or integrative medicine

Primary care

Strong ability to interpret labs and create comprehensive treatment plans

Exceptional bedside manner and communication skills

Comfortable with EMR systems and telehealth visits

Commitment to ethical, evidence-informed, patient-first care

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with hormone optimization strongly preferred

Completion of training through A4M, IFM, or similar functional medicine program (or willingness to complete with clinic support)

Experience prescribing compounded wellness therapies

Background in concierge medicine or wellness clinics

Comfort with peptides, longevity therapies, or metabolic health programs

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive hourly rate: $50–$65/hour depending on experience plus commission
