We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Global Benefits Specialist to join our Global Total Rewards & People Operations team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and administration of our global benefits and pension programs across Australia / New Zealand, USA, UK, Germany, and Serbia. You'll ensure our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company's wellbeing strategy, all in support of our mission to build a better world of work for our Campers.
As a subject matter expert in global benefits operations, you are passionate about scaling programs and processes for efficiency while maintaining exceptional Camper experiences. You're comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborating across time zones with regional People teams, Payroll, Finance, and external brokers.
What you'll do
Global Benefits Administration
- Manage and administer Culture Amp's global benefit programs, including health, wellbeing, retirement, and pension plans.
- Lead our annual US Open Enrollment and global renewals, partnering with brokers to evaluate plan competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
- Process new enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefits systems; reconcile monthly billing statements with carriers and vendors.
- Manage FSA compliance, including nondiscrimination testing.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation across all regions.
Retirement & Compliance
Manage all retirement programs, including 401(k) plan administration end-to-end (enrollments, contributions, loans, withdrawals, compliance, audits, and reporting).Oversee global benefits compliance, ensuring programs meet local statutory requirements and company policies.Manage annual 401(k) audits, Form 5500 filings, and non-discrimination testing.Stay current on benefits legislation and regulatory changes across all operating regions.Camper Experience & Communication
Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to Campers and key internal stakeholders (People Partners, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal).Develop clear, engaging communications and resources to help Campers understand and maximize their benefits.Support onboarding and benefits education for new Campers globally.Resolve complex benefits inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and streamline benefits administration across regions.Support the broader Total Rewards and People Operations team on global projects and wellbeing initiatives.You will bring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of hands-on experience in benefits administration, with at least 2 years supporting global or multi-country programs.Strong understanding of employee benefits, including 401(k), compliance frameworks, and vendor management.Experience with HRIS systems, benefits administration platforms and 401(k) recordkeeping systems (BambooHR, T.Rowe Price, Confluence, Jira)Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and navigate ambiguity.A global mindset and collaborative approach, comfortable working across cultures and time zones.Base Salary Range (US)
$113,800 - $125,000 USD
