About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Revenue Operations to establish and lead the function, with a focus on supporting the organization's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and implementing processes and systems to drive sales growth, particularly in the context of modern commercial methodologies, tools, and analytics. This role requires a hands-on approach, a sense of urgency, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. The Head of Revenue Operations will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the Chief of Staff, and will be expected to have a strong background in commercial sales operations, including experience with CRM platforms, analytics, and automation / AI to enhance sales team effectiveness. Applicants for the Head of Revenue Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' professional experience, with at least 5 years in commercial sales operations or sales force effectiveness. A proven track record in CRM platform implementation and adoption, as well as experience in data analysis and business insights, is essential. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and pricing governance, and who is adept at project management and has a background in leading and coaching sales teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial, sales, marketing, and customer information for decision-making. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or equivalent graduate degree. The role also requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader who is comfortable with ambiguity and can thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
