About the Role: We're seeking a WordPress Web Developer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll bring our brand to life online by creating engaging web pages from design mockups, managing technical systems, and supporting our marketing operations. This position is perfect for someone who combines technical WordPress expertise with an eye for design and a passion for health and fitness.

This is an in-person position and is NOT a remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain web pages in WordPress based on provided design mockups
• Ensure all web content adheres to Courthouse Brand Guidelines
• Support the marketing team with technical tasks including form creation and database management
• Connect and integrate various systems via APIs as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing team on web-based projects and campaigns
• Maintain website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates
• Participate in our fitness-forward culture by actively engaging with our 5 club facilities

Required Qualifications:

• Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Proven experience working with WordPress
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Receptive to direction and feedback on design and technical implementation
• Commitment to maintaining a healthy, fitness-forward lifestyle and engaging with our club community

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of basic web design fundamentals
• Experience connecting systems via API
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
