Schedule : 3 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends
Compensation : Competitive pay ranging from $28 to $38 per hour

Your Responsibilities :
Deliver direct patient care in accordance with the State Nurse Practice ActImplement nursing care plans based on comprehensive assessmentsMaintain accurate and timely documentation regarding patient services and care plansEducate patients and families on diagnosis and self-care strategiesCoordinate hospice services and communicate patient needs to the interdisciplinary teamManage pain and symptoms, assessing patient responses to treatments and medicationsQualifications :
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing or vocational programAt least three years of nursing experience, preferably in community health, hospice, or medical / surgical settingsCurrent LPN / LVN license in the practicing stateValid CPR CertificationStrong verbal and written communication and organizational skillsValid driver's license with car insurance as required by state lawUnderstanding of hospice philosophy and the needs of terminally ill patientsYour well-being is our priority.
