Maintenance Technician

Looking to hire a full time Maintenance tech. You would be performing work orders for our residents, turn overs, capital projects, grounds work.

- must have valid driver's license and vehicle

- have your own tools

- hard worker, ability to work efficient with a team or by yourself

- organized, detail oriented

- experience in flooring, electric, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, hvac

- customer oriented, we want to be the best and take care of our residents.

- take an on-call rotation

pay would be based on experience, we would love to pay a knowable worker very well for their job performance.
