We are currently looking for an Electrical Safety Trainer - Bilingual to join our team!

What you'll be doing :
Deliver engaging electrical safety training sessions in English and Spanish for employees, contractors, and clientsConduct classroom instruction, on-site, and virtual training as neededCustomize training materials for different learning styles and cultural contextsEnsure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and local safety codesPerform safety audits and site evaluations; recommend corrective actionsMaintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, certifications, and improvementsServe as a subject matter expert on electrical safety and communicate updates in regulations or company policiesCollaborate with safety and operations teams to support a comprehensive safety programWhat we're looking for :
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)3+ years of experience in electrical work, safety training, or related fieldStrong knowledge of electrical safety standards, including NFPA 70E and OSHA regulationsExperience delivering training in classroom, field, and / or virtual environmentsOSHA 500 required; NFPA 70E certification preferredExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to travel to various job sites and training locations as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or a related degree preferredRogers is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes everyone to apply.
