Banquet Bartender (On-Call)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
• Responsible for preparing and garnishing drinks in accordance with department requirements.
• Monitors alcohol consumption by guests, adhering strictly to Delaware Park Policy and Delaware Law.
• Responsible for completing all side work and cleaning of the Outlet in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.  Responsible for inventory and restocking items as needed based on pre-determined levels.
• Ensures that the work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Local, State, and Federal Health Department Codes.
• Must maintain and secure all cash and cash equivalents in possession, while providing accurate reporting and financial transactions, through the POS systems.
• Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner.
• Displays a courteous and helpful attitude at all times when dealing with the public and Builds Rewarding Relationships.
• Knowledgeable and actively promotes company marketing and promotional events and is proficient in answering guest questions.
• Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team members and guest relations.
• Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and / or guests.
