Key Responsibilities
Manage strategic client implementations and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Create and manage detailed project plans, coordinating people and processes
Facilitate client communications and meetings, translating business requirements into technical specifications
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in client management, preferably in the payments industry or SaaS implementations
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong working knowledge of PC-based business software and CRM tools
Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn new programs
