Position Overview : Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA)

ABA Provider Services is looking for enthusiastic CBAs to join our team and positively impact the lives of children. In this essential role, you will oversee Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as they implement one-on-one ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism. Your responsibilities will include assessing and evaluating students, developing effective treatment plans, and providing guidance and support to families through direct training.

Caseload : You will have the flexibility to manage a caseload clustered in your preferred geographical area. Opportunities are available throughout Connecticut, including Norwalk, Stamford, Bridgeport, Waterbury, Bristol, Hartford, New London, and New Haven.

Requirements : Must possess BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and Connecticut Licensure as a Behavior Analyst (CT LBA).
