Clae Goldman Team is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Field Sales Associate to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers through door-to-door and retail channels. Join us and make a positive impact on the environment while helping your community.

Responsibilities

  • Generate
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door and retail channels.
  • Close
  • Present and sell our community solar and third-party energy solutions to potential customers.
  • Build
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet Sales
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • Educational
  • High school diploma / GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Persuasion
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

    • Compensation

    $60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)
