SynapseTBI is seeking a reliable, organized bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager to support our growing neurodiagnostic services team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as point of contact for assigned accounts
• Communicate with law firms, medical offices, and clients
• Coordinate scheduling and case logistics
• Track case progress and follow up as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and professional
• Experience in medical, legal, or client services preferred
