Looking to make an impact with those involved in the Criminal Justice system? Join SAGE Counseling! Our treatment programs were developed for criminal offenders, and families involved in the child-welfare system. Our overall clinical approach is grounded in the evidence-based standards for these populations. SAGE is a dynamic, growing, and friendly agency!

We are actively looking for a Full-Time Program Supervisor to assist clinical staff providing services in our Outpatient program by providing orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support.

This role will oversee services provided to Sex-Offender clients.

SAGE has offices throughout the Phoenix Valley - we are looking for a Program Supervisor in the Greater Phoenix area!

Qualifications :

  • Required : Minimum of Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field
  • Required : Minimum of an associate level licensed (licensed by AZ-BBHE) (LAC or LMSW)
  • Preferred : Independent Level Licensed, preferred (licensed by AZ-BBHE) (LPC or LCSW)
  • Experience and comfortability working with Sex-Offender clients
  • Highly preferred : At least two (2) years' experience providing substance abuse counseling and group counseling
  • Preferred : Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices

    Pay : up to $70,700 per year
