Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and compassionately
• Assist with resident scheduling, appointments, and front office coordination
• Support payroll and timekeeping functions
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document management
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical, healthcare, senior care, or similar setting (Must)
• Administrative experience within the last 2 years
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a resident-centered care setting
