About the Role A well-established, physician-led multispecialty group on Long Island is seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join their growing team. The practice is recognized for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and strong collaboration across specialties. This outpatient-focused role offers a supportive environment with flexible hours and no on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, and infertility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient
- Prescribe and manage medication regimens while monitoring treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including diabetes educators and dietitians
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in the EMR system
- Promote preventive health strategies and chronic disease management
- Participate in ongoing medical education, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development
Qualifications - MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology
- Active or eligible licensure in New York State
- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and communication abilities
- Team-oriented, patient-focused approach to care
- Familiarity with EMR systems and value-based care metrics is a plus
