Key Responsibilities

Contact hospital employees and payers to facilitate enrollment processes

Ensure enrollment statuses are current and compliant with regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

2 to 3 years' experience working with insurance providers

Understanding of health plan enrollment and related terminology

Knowledge of government insurance programs and healthcare systems

Experience implementing best practices in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
