NMLS Licensed Loan Officer

A company is looking for a Sr. Loan Officer to join their Loan Readiness Team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain a pipeline of clients working to become loan ready

Review credit reports and guide clients on steps to meet program eligibility

Communicate frequently with clients and internal teams while reassessing loan scenarios

Required Qualifications

2+ years of loan origination experience preferred

Proven ability to structure and price loans accurately

Strong understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs

Current NMLS license (National test passed & 20-hour course completed)

Experience assisting credit-challenged or first-time homebuyers preferred
