Role Overview
As a Manager Client Acquisition, you'll leverage your connections and industry knowledge to attract and onboard new clients. We encourage you to maximize your sales potential : generate new business, nurture existing client relationships, and open doorswhile our recruitment delivery team and collaborative network focus on sourcing and filling roles for your portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Prospect, develop, and manage your book of clients across industries such as Technology, Legal, Healthcare, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, and Hospitality
- Focus exclusively on sales, client introductions, and relationship management
- Transfer your client searches to expert recruiters and talent specialists within our collaborative network
- Maximize revenue by leveraging your network, splitting placement fees with recruiting partners who fill your jobs
- Remain fully independent while enjoying access to shared resources, advanced recruiting technology, and a vibrant peer community
- Participate in shared wins and celebrate every successful placementeven when you don't handle fulfillment
