Our Operations team is very excited to continue growing by adding a new Operations Specialist! As our new Operation Specialist, you will support the shipping needs of customers, sales, and operations teams, and help facilitate the flow of shipments to customers. This opportunity requires an individual with high attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and an enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day activities to support the fulfillment of outbound orders.
• Manage Meraki's shipping email inbox.
• Craft daily internal and 3PL reconciliation reports
• Support outgoing customer shipments from other locations
• nalyze export / import data from various internal and external data sources
• Responsible for the allocations of orders based on inventory availability
• Support system updates to accommodate new ship services
• Facilitate seamless communication between Meraki and the third-party distribution center
• Other duties as assigned
