A company is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist / Admission Specialist for weekend shifts (Friday-Tuesday) EST.
Key Responsibilities :
Field inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and online forms
Match clients with therapists that best suit their psychological needs and logistical preferences
Schedule appointments based on providers' availability and manage lead nurturing processes
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or mental health
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
Experience verifying insurance benefits preferred
Empathetic and compassionate understanding of mental health challenges
