Ability to work independently under limited supervision. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including international shipments. Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift- Distribution Center
Location : Fort Worth, TX
Shift : Monday Friday, 12 : 00 PM 8 : 30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Hourly Pay Rate : $18.00
Position Summary
Join our high-performing distribution team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will manage inbound freight, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments, including international shipments, while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong computer skills, the ability to solve problems and a customer-focused mindset. You'll ensure all processes run efficiently while supporting both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and manage inbound freight, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipping.
- Operate and update computer systems for inventory management, order processing, and shipping documentation.
- Monitor shipments and coordinate with other teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock rotation and quality checks.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers via email, chat, or phone regarding orders, shipments, or inventory updates.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed.
