Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Previous valet experience preferred, with 3 years' driving experience. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Must possess interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts and employees at all levels of the company. Ability of simple reading, writing, math, and task completion skills is required. Must have the following skills: driving, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. Must be a minimum of 19 years of age.
Education and/or Experience
Previous valet experience or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Certificates and Licenses
Must obtain and maintain appropriate licensing with Alcohol Awareness Card. Valid driver's license and must produce acceptable driving record per GSR SOP from DMV annually to present to management to remain in position.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently standing, walking and occasionally sitting, reaching overhead, bending over, crouching, kneeling, and balancing during over the duration of their shift. Team member will have to frequently push/pull and/or lift/carry 50lbs or less and 75lbs or less occasionally. Driving will constantly be required. The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both feet and frequent repetitive use of both hands. Frequent light and firm/strong grasping motions and finger dexterity of both hands will be required. Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Work Environment
Work performed indoors and outdoors, alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others around computer equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud or quiet at times. Team Member may be exposed to extreme heat, extreme cold, wet and/or humid conditions, confined areas, moving objects, slippery surfaces, dirt/dust, fumes/odors, and secondhand smoke.
