Essential Duties:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to a panel of veteran patients
• Perform clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in accordance with VA protocols
