Job Description

Pay Range : $18.00 to $19.75 per hour

The position will perform clerical duties in support of the Belgravia Plant Maintenance Department.

Essential Functions

• Maintain computerized preventative maintenance management systems, data entry of work order parts and labor.
• Upload / verify shipping of all completed loads, verifying product into SAP
• Establish, maintain and assemble PM bill of material parts as scheduled.
• Create PM planning, inventory and maintenance reports.
• Receive stock and issue storeroom parts.
• Research and expedite parts as requested.
• Maintain storeroom and parts receiving area in an organized and uncluttered condition.
• Perform cycle counts as required to maintain accurate inventory.
• Assist supervisors and / or lead persons as required.
