What You'll Do

• Engage with cross-organizational programs that span engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams.
• Drive execution at scale by coordinating milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple OCI organizations, influencing both product and business results.
• Guide teams across OCI toward a shared vision, ensuring clarity, visibility, and progress among all stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical specifications into clear action plans and measurable outcomes, overseeing them from initiation to launch.
• Act as the essential link among teams by identifying gaps early, eliminating roadblocks, and ensuring smooth execution.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior engineering and business leaders to advance initiatives with confidence.

Compensation : The annual salary range for this position is between $109,200 and $223,400, which may include bonuses and equity opportunities. Oracle offers competitive salary ranges based on various factors, such as experience, skills, and market conditions.
