About the Role : In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing treatment coordination, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients from start to finish. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, engaging with them in a positive and professional manner, advocating for their dental treatment, and helping them navigate insurance and benefits.
