Reports Officers

We are looking for Reports Officers to join our team! This position is located in Fayetteville, NC. Responsibilities include supporting a wide range of operational and programmatic activities to manage operations in specific geographic areas, or against specific issues. Manage and track ongoing program progress; staff appropriate approvals; conduct substantive briefings; communicate client guidance to global resources. Conduct detailed analysis using government databases and writing standards. Draft formal correspondence per government client standards. All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of relevant professional experience. Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools. Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision. Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest. Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives. US citizenship and an active TS/SCI US Government issued security clearance at the time of application.

Desired Qualifications: Customer certification as a Reports Officers or Specialized Skills Officer. Foreign field experience from at least one overseas tour or extensive overseas TDY experience. Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations. Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases. Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices.
