Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee administrative functions of the nursing department, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care and improve clinical processes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, addressing any deficiencies or quality concerns as needed.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide education and training to nursing staff on administrative procedures, quality assurance, and patient safety.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, management, and other departments to enhance communication and teamwork.
• Participate in patient care meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the onboarding and mentoring of new nursing staff members.
• Manage patient documentation and electronic health records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding administrative aspects of care.
